Interbuild Qingdao 2011

On July 19, 2010, after three days’ exhibition, the 6^th China Qingdao International Building & Decoration Materials Exposition completed successfully at Qingdao International Convention Center. There were 600 exhibitors from home and abroad with more than 60, 000sqm exhibition area. Famous brands like doors, windows, curtain walls, wood doors, wood-working machines, decoration hardwares, stone products and machineries , floor covering materials as well as wood products and new energy-saving materials were all gathered, the fair gave an integrated demonstration of the whole building materials which also reflected an international development tendency.

At the very end of Interbuild Qingdao2010, the planning and preparatory work of Interbuild Qingdao2011 is carried out without a stop. It is reported that the 7th China (Qingdao) International Building & Decoration Materials Exposition will be held on July 21-24, 2011. Based on the former one, there will be enrichment on exhibition scopes. Except traditional doors and windows, wood doors, flooring and new energy-saving building materials, there will be special halls or areas for kitchen and bath accessories as well as decoration hardwares. The new exhibition products will be more benefit on communication and cooperation between the industry, upstream and down stream industries as well as supplier and buyers. The exhibition area will be 100, 000sqm with 4, 000 international standard booths and 100 thousand professional visitors. We will do our best to make a real one-stop platform for international trade and domestic under-construction projects purchasing.

Interbuild Qingdao2009 Closed Successfully with Estimated RMB1.2Billion on-site Orders
After three days exhibiting, Interbuild Qingdao2009 (the 5th China Qingdao Int’l Construction & Decoration Materials Exposition) finished successfully on Oct. 29, 2009. Together with Qingdao International Building Energy Saving Fair, which is regarded as the first rank fair in northern China in building energy saving field, the exhibition space is up to 35, 000sqm, with 500 exhibitors from China and abroad, and 1000 international standard booths.

The brand exhibits main include building doors windows, curtain walls and processing machines, wooden doors, decorative hardware, floor covering materials and wooden products, new building energy saving materials, renewable energy utilization and so on, which gave a whole image in building materials industry, also show the international developing trend in the industry.

Professional buyers get together under one roof, hot on-site orders shocked the attendees
According to statistics during the exposition, the professional visitors got to 50, 000, including more than 600 companies from America, Russia, Belgium, India, Indonesia, German, Ghana, Italy, Finland, Northern Ireland, UK, Korea, Japan, Hongkong etc. domestic visitors are mostly real estate developers, traders, dealers, agents, building designing, contractors, building processing industries and related people. On-site orders were more than 500million, about 700million potential orders. 95% exhibitors were satisfied with the fair.

Carefully preparation got good result, excellent exhibition activities benefit attendees
Seven influential exhibition activities held together with Interbuild Qingdao2009, including Supply and Demand Meeting, Under-constructing Project Purchasing Meeting, New Product Press Conference, Cooperation Contract Signing, Industry Meeting, Summit Forum, Technology Seminar etc. which build a communication platform for upstream and downstream industries.

Under-constructing Project Purchasing Meeting & Supply and Demand Enterprises Meeting
On Oct. 28, 2009, “Under-constructing Project Purchasing Meeting & Supply and Demand Enterprises Meeting” was held at Hall3. There were about 200 real estate enterprises including Hisense, Binhai Group, Tiantai, Yizhong, Qingdao Beer, Datong, Dongfang Shengshi attending. More than 30 exhibitors such as Tenglong Aluminium, Huajian Aluminium, Shidai Jingdian, Knauf, Linuo Paradigma, etc. introduced their companies and products. Mrs. Liu Baofang, the General Manager from Qingdao Haichen International Expo. Co., Ltd. hosted the meeting.

Contract Signing Ceremony of Brand Enterprises “Double Promises for Quality and Service”
In order to let more people know the importance of product quality, show enterprise’ image, strengthen the confidence to market, and promote healthy, persistence and stable development of industry, on Oct. 27, “Contract Signing Ceremony of Brand Enterprises ‘Double Promises for Quality and Service’” was held in Rm. 5301, Qingdao International Convention Center. About 30 brand companies attended.
Contract Signing Ceremony of Brand Enterprises “Strategic Cooperation Partner”

In order to strengthen the relationship between building material enterprise and related industry, promote the development of the industry, Contract Signing Ceremony of Brand Enterprises “Strategic Cooperation Partner” is held during Interbuild Qingdao2009. Qingdao Xinshan Curtain Wall and Windoor Project Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Tenglong Aluminum signed contracts with many famous real estate enterprises separately. They will cooperate in developing pattern, market, capital and technology etc.

2009 Qingdao International Building Energy Saving Summit Forum
During Oct. 27-28, 2009, 2009 Qingdao Internaitonal Building Energy Saving Summit Forum which is organized by Construction Science and Technology Agency and Science and Technology Development Promotion Center was held at Meeting Rm.5501 in Qingdao International Convention Center. Famous experts from Science and Technology Agency of Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development of PRC, China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research, and presidents of many famous enterprises attended the forum and made fantastic presentation.

2009 Meeting for the development of Shandong Wooden Door Industry
On Oct. 27, 2009 Meeting for the development of Shandong Wooden Door Industry was held in Qingdao International Convention Center. The leaders from China Timber Distribution Wood Door Committee and the famous wooden door enterprises discuss with each other. After the meeting, all people show their confidence of development in Shandong Wooden Door Industry, and will work together to build a better Qingdao Wooden Door Fair.

2009 National Curtain Walls and Windoors Standardization Technological Seminar
On Oct. 26, 2009, National Curtain Wall and Window Standardization Technological Seminar was held. The secretary-general and senior engineers, doctors attended and made addresses. They discussed with each other in the importance of curtain walls and windoors standardization, which will promote the development of technique of windoors, and industrial standard developing.
Under the joint efforts of all people, Interbuild Qingdao2009 got great success. In 2010, we look forward to seeing you during July 17-19, 2010 in Interbuild Qingdao2010.

After four years’ development, Interbuild Qingdao exposition has developed into the second biggest one in building material industry in northern China. The exposition gets great trust from attendees due to a large scale of on site orders, a large amount of professional visitors, excellent effect and professional services.

In 2008, although the exhibition industry was influenced by global economical crisis, Interbuild Qingdao2008 kept rising up by 30% than the year of 2007. More than 400 brand enterprises from China and other countries came under one roof. The scopes of exhibits covered construction doors and windows, curtain walls and processing machineries, construction and decoration hardware, door control hardware, stone products and machineries, floor covering materials and wooden products, ceramic products, bathroom accessories, coating painting and chemical building materials etc.. There were altogether 30, 000 visitors attending, in which international visitors mainly from Japan, Korea, Belgium, German, UK, Finland etc. About RMB700million orders was made on site of Interbuild Qingdao2008.
